Gate Motor with battery pack (PY300DC) Instruction

In order to be able to provide electricity to the machine in the event of a power failure, the machine contains two storage batteries to store power for emergency power failure. The specifications of the battery are 12V 4.5Ah(2pcs). The gear drive is connected to the rack on the sliding gate. The rotation of the machine gear plus the traction force of the rack drives the operation of the door. 100W motor power Used for 300kg gates.

OPEN/CLOSE LIMIT POSITION SETTING (MUST DO!!!)

1. Press and hold SET until digital displays “1”.

2. Press and hold OPEN until gate opens to a proper open position(The open position will be determined by customer themselves. Note: Press OPEN, the gate will open, if it’s not opening, please change the motor wire “T1” and “T2”)

3. Press SET to confirm the open position, the digital will display “2”.

4. Press and hold CLOSE until gate closes to a proper closed position.(The closed position will be determined by customer themselves.)

5. Press SET to confirm the closed position.

6. After these steps, the gate will automatically run a complete opening and closing cycle.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

1. Without racks: A gate motor unit, two transmitters, 2pcs key, a release bar, installation parts and an user manual. Extra racks will be packed separately.

2. Rack integrated packaging: A gate motor unit, two transmitters, 2pcs key, a release bar, installation parts, an user manual and racks(2m) .

ADD SOLAR SYSTEM

Solar system can be connected to this PY300DC gate motor with battery pack. We have a solar panel kit for this motor, includes a 20V 20W solar panel, connecting wires, a solar controller and 2pcs 9Ah 12V batteries(although there is 2pcs 4.5Ah 12V batteries in the motor, you still need these 2pcs 9Ah batteries for solar system. )
