TERMS OF SALES


GENERAL TERMS

Thanks for ordering at GATEXPERT. These terms apply to a customer’s purchase of GATEXPERT products from online and

offline. From time to time GATEXPERT may change or alter these Sales Terms which will be applicable to orders placed on or

after the effective date stated by GATEXPERT.

BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT THESE SALES TERMS.


PLACING AN ORDER

Please note that we deliver the products Internationally. We accept orders from online and offline.

To be able to buy products you must:

l Provide your company name and address, phone number, contact person, payment details and other required information.

l Provide a delivery address (Note that address should including your post code and as specific as possible). If you need to purchase bulk order, please confirm with sales manager the price terms and provide with destination port if necessary.

l For orders placed online, purchaser should be the owner or authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card. You may place an order by clicking on the “Add to cart” button and proceeding to the checkout page.

For orders placed offline, all details concerning the order will be discussed and confirmed with you by sales manager.

When you shopping at GATEXPERT online store, you will be required to create a personal user identification (your username) and password. Keep your password protected at all times and do not disclose it to anyone else as you are personally responsible for each purchase made using your user identification and password. All information collected shall be subject to GATEXPERT Privacy Policy.


ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND PROCESSING

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed through online or offline, you will receive a written acknowledgement of order (by E-mail or otherwise confirming the details of your order together with a Proforma Invoice). Please make sure that you save this Proforma for any future enquiries regarding your order. This Proforma Invoice is not an acceptance of your order. To confirm the order, we will stamp on this Proforma and resend to you. Upon receipt of the Proforma Invoice, it is your responsibility to review it and confirm that all items and quantities as well as the specifications are accurately reflects your intended order. After confirming all details on the Proforma, you should make the payment and provide your payment swift copy, we will then process your order.

You have the option to cancel your order at any stage by contacting sales manager before we have sent acknowledgement of order email.

CANCELLATION AND ALTERATION OF ORDERS

Before production, orders can be cancelled without reason, to cancel the order, you should follow:

a) For standard products, the purchaser may cancel the order or make alteration on the product three (3) days prior to the scheduled production date. Please contact sales manager to negotiate the relative stuff. Cancellation or alteration is free of charge.

b) For custom products, the purchaser may cancel or make alteration fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled production date. Please check with sales manager if there will have extra cost for cancelation or alteration by the time. If the custom materials for the order is in processing when the purchaser proposes the cancellation or alteration, then order will be non-cancellation.

c) Alteration may cause a delivery delay for which GATEXPERT is not responsible. Purchaser may be required to pay an adjusted unit price based on the alteration.


RETURN AND REFUND

We fundamentally believe you will be satisfied with the products you purchase from GATEXPERT. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re produced in best quality and to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. If the products you received do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or the product itself has the quality defects, or if your delivery is incomplete, in that unlikely event, we invite you to contact without delay our sales manager for assistance to exercise your right to return the items, return the product within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery and correctly follow the instructions on the return form provided with your shipment.

Once we have received and validated your returned items, we will confirm it to you. Refund will be processed by us.


HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?

Pre-condition: 1) Product itself has quality defects 2) Incomplete delivery

Step One: Contact sales manager for returns.

You must return the items in their original package.

You must include all accessories and user manuals that came in the same package.

Please treat the items with care and return them in the condition that they were delivered to you.

Replacement or refund can only be processed once we have received all the items to be returned.

If you return items 1) that you are not entitled to return, 2) that are not in their original condition, 3) that are without proper or missing packaging, 4) with items missing from the return delivery, 5) without following our return instructions, or 6) have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning items, we reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund or to deduct from those payments to be refunded to your reasonable repair.

If your return has been accepted, we will refund you the price you have actually paid with shipping costs.

WARRANTY

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery of good for all products 100% covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, shipping damage, product been tampered with or modified in anyway.

All product repairs and maintenance must be performed by GATEXPERT. All warranty returns must be authorized by GATEXPERT. Purchaser must fill with a return form prior to shipment to GATEXPERT.

GATEXPERT will pay for the return shipping of warranty repaired products.


TRAINING

All users of the GATEXPERT’S products are required to read and adhere to the user manuals and safety instructions. GATEXPERT may provide online training for users who using our product for the first time. The online training will include instructions of how to correctly install the product, how to judge the problem, how to make maintenance for future uses.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

In case of technical problems please contact our sales manager to get the support. To speed up the process, we recommend that you provide the following information:

l The motor type you are using.

l Problem description.

l Video or image showing the problem.

l For common issues, installation problems, please also check our troubleshooting.
