What is the function of the batteries? With the 2pcs batteries, when there is a sudden power failure, your power supply will no longer be able to supply power to the machine. The power stored in the battery can be used for a period of time, so you don’t need to manually push the sliding gate, and the machine can still be open and close automatically.

There is also a 24v control board inside the sliding gate motor kit with backup battery, which can be seen by opening the cover on the machine. If you want to power the machine through solar energy, then you need to connect the solar controller to this control board. Since you have just received the goods, the battery may not have enough power, so we recommend that you connect it to the power supply for other settings such as travel, and then switch to solar power after the settings are complete.

There is a display panel installed on the control panel, you need to press the button above to set the travel and other settings, please note that the transmitters(remotes) has been learned before leaving the factory, you do not need to re-learn it.
