1、 The installation of the barrier gate 1. The line embedding shall be determined according to the customer's requirements. The concrete base shall be poured in advance (the size of the base shall be about 100-150mm larger than the overall size of the barrier gate bottom). The cable trench shall be embedded or excavated between the control room or sentry box at the central point of the fixed location of the chassis, and the buried paying off pipe shall be threaded into the 3X1.5mm2 power line and 4X0.5mm used for the equipment ² The control line is confirmed to be correctly backfilled with concrete, Open the chassis door to loosen and fix the butterfly nut of the cap (the chassis door and cap should be placed carefully to avoid surface scratches). Mark the screw hole center of the chassis bottom plate and the edge of the chassis base. Move the gate to mark the screw hole. Use a drill to vertically drill the hole (the drill size should match with the expansion bolt provided with the equipment). The depth should meet the length requirements of the expansion screw. The chassis should be moved to the original position and inserted with the expansion screw, which should be fastened firmly. 3. The installation of gate lever The chassis of the gate is fixed firmly The position of the mounting lever of the gate lever is tightened with the equipped screws and the tilt of the gate lever is determined. The fork lever needs to be installed. The vertical and horizontal state needs to be adjusted. The horizontal position of the hand brake lever needs to be shaken to determine the installation position of the fork lever at the end of the gate lever. The fork lever needs to be fixed firmly with the screw fork lever (installation is not required if there is no fork lever) 4 Peripheral equipment installation The barrier gate is firmly installed and debugged. According to the customer's needs, connect the chassis circuit and relevant peripheral equipment control circuit according to the wiring diagram of the barrier control board and conduct relevant debugging. The above is the main process of the road gate installation, but there are still many things to pay attention to in the road gate installation process. The following are the precautions in the road gate installation process. 2、 Precautions for installation of barrier 1. The wiring must be carried out according to the wiring diagram. After connecting the wires, first test whether the ground sensor is normal. When the ground sensor red light flashes, place an iron plate above the coil. When the red light is on for a long time, remove the iron plate. If the barrier falls automatically, the product is normal. 2. When wiring the ground induction coil, cut the ground into a 10cm deep, 2X0.8M square nest, four corners into a 45 degree bevel (as shown in the figure on the right), put the ground induction coil (1 square mm) in a circle, and place 6-8 layers in total. Each layer of the coil must be pressed tightly, and there is no joint in the coil. The output end of the ground induction coil shall be twisted to the gate, and the distance shall be as short as possible. After connection, the nest shall be sealed with dry cement. Note: For the high-temperature copper wire with the sectional area of the ground induction coil of 0.5-1.5 mm2, the size of the sectional area of the wire has little influence on the induction strength. 3. The induction coil will produce low-frequency oscillation after being wound and energized. When metal enters the coil, the affected magnetic field of the magnetic line of force is weakened and picked up by the magnetoelectric inductor, resulting in corresponding action. The induction strength of an induction coil is closely related to the number of turns and the shape of the coil. The coil turns are too many and the input inductance is large, causing an open circuit; Too few turns, small input inductance, causing short circuit. These two conditions will make the working indicator of the magnetic inductor flash quickly. The general number of turns is 6-8 turns. 4. When the barrier gate is debugged, short circuit its "upper" and "ground", and the gate lever automatically rises, then the barrier gate is normal. 5. Connect the card reader with 8-core shielded wire according to the drawing. Be careful not to break the wire when wiring. 6. The controller power supply is DC 12V, and the card reader power supply is 14V. Be careful not to make mistakes. 7. The ground induction coil is installed below the barrier gate, and the distance between the barrier gate and the card reader is 3-5 meters.
