For the model of DS10 electric lock for swing gate, please install according to the contents of the manual, just connect the electric lock wire to the electric lock port of the control panel. If you have a double door, after installing the electric lock, if the two gates are opened at the same time, the electric lock will easily get stuck, as a result, the door cannot be opened normally, so please pay attention to ensure that the opening times of the two gates are not synchronized and there is a time difference before using the electric lock.

For dual gate system: The lock body and lock receiver should be mounted on a gate cross member or other solid part of the gate surface on the adjacent edges of the two gates. It must be level with the gate opener. If your gate system is inward opening, the gate mounted with lock body should be set “open first then close” mode (delay in closing); If your gate system is outward opening, the gate mounted with lock receiver should be set “open first then close” mode (delay in closing).

For single gate system: If your gate system is inward opening, the lock body should be mounted on the edge of the gate, the lock receiver should be mounted on the adjacent gate post, lock body and receiver must be aligned and level; If your gate system is outward opening, the lock receiver should be mounted on the edge of the gate, the lock body should be mounted on the adjacent gate post, lock body and receiver must be aligned and level.
